Hey everyone,

I'm very excited about this event and just had a great chat with Zak Greant, the organizer.  It's also my first trip to Victoria :)

I thought it would be a good idea to start thinking about how we want to format the event.  Barcamp, unconference style -- or scheduled speakers?  Different tracks?  Hack rooms? 30 minute sessions or 1 hour sessions (or lots and lots 5 minute speedgeeky sprints?)

There possibilities are limitless - but going in, we should be prepared and ready to rock star it up with a (unique) format in mind.

What are your thoughts & suggestions for how we should format the event?  Please take a minute to share your ideas w/the list and feel free to slice and dice the event page - http://groups.google.ca/group/northwestmozdev/web/meeting-2008-11-29

Thanks!

Best,

Joe

Anyone figure out who created this group again?

We're getting some complaints regarding the pages on here.  But I have
no clue how to remove them, I've contacted google, and flagged it, but
nothing back from them.

Heh. I love getting credit for things that I haven't done. :) I'm
hoping to organize a Mozilla event the day before the NorthWestMozDev
event, but am not organizing the NorthWestMozDev event.

Hello :)

Ya, I think if people want to do talks that's cool.
However, last time we had folks break out into groups and discuss various topics.
That way everyone could focus on a certain area, but again, its up to all of you, so please fire back your preference.
