Hi all, I received an email from Leigh Hackspace (http://www.leighhack.org) about their Civic Hackathon, here are the details for anyone in the area is interested in popping along .....

"Leigh Hackspace runs a Code Club and we have been commissioned by our local council to run a Civic Hackathon aimed at improving the local area through the use of technology. There are two kinds of people we would like to attract - firstly the average citizen who wants to improve the local area and get more involved in Tech, for us this certainly includes the kinds of children and parents who would normally come along to Code Club, and secondly developers or those with existing technical skills."
