Take over my interest in a Sundowner 30?

I am looking for someone interested in taking over our 50% interest in a Sundowner 30 tug-style motor boat. My boat partners are also former sailboat owners, it's a good fit for those used to the sailboat cruising pace but needing something without the physicality of sailing. This boat cruises at about 6 knots, sleeps 5 (v-berth, pilothouse bench, and convertible double bed setee/table in the salon). Our family of 5 + the dog has cruised Desolation Sound on it 3 out of the last 4 summers (picture taken at Lund Harbour). Moored in La Conner for easy access to the San Juans and Gulf Islands.

We're outgrowing it and hence have decided to sell out interest. Our partners are looking for experienced boaters who will take active interest in the boat and its upkeep.

Selling for $20,000 OBO to the right person.

Oren (who incidentally just spent his first night in his dorm room at UW) is a disappointment at a mere 6'. But he's at risk of scaling outward his demand for cabin space, by wanting to bring his girlfriend on family cruises.
