Deck repair thoughts

Aloha fine multi folk. We have some deck repair (well, a lot of deck repair) needed on oir old tri, material of which is airex in some places and ply on others. I’m hoping to tackle some of the foam bits soon and would love one of y’all’s knowledgeable assessment on the best approach. If someone is such and willing and wandering around shilshole with nothing to do, I’d be most appreciative!
