Hi my name is Steve Pesce and have just purchased a Sprint 750 from Don Wigston at Windcraft in Florida. It will be delivered within the next 2 months as we are awaiting weather windows and best delivery price.

I have crewed for Steve Keever and Doug Barlow and am now looking forward to skippering in some upcoming races. I will need to get my PHRF rating, but will need to wait to have sails in hand for measuring.....I am pretty sure the Sprint 750 has a PHRF of 33, but will need to see if this is different in the northwest.

I missed this month's meeting last week, but will be sure to attend next month's.

I can't wait to get sailing.

Whooa, that's getting really close. Excitement is building. How is it being shipped?

Towed out here.....$1.00/mile. Not bad price. Excitement is an understatement as sleep is being compromised!

Congrats Steve.  Being in a senior way I do not recall if I've met you.  Where are you keeping the boat?  What part of Pugetopolis do you live in?  Looking forward to an update at the April meeting.

Hi Eric, I am not sure we have met, but I know Doug game me your contact information to discuss the boat selection process as you just went thru it. I have spoken to many people so all blend together. I was constantly toying with a F31 and determined that a F28 was not going to fit my needs. I then did an about face and wanted a boat that I could rig and sail by myself and if others wanted to join all the better. With my background of beach cats I decided a Sprint or Dash would be best day sailor and decided on a Sprint for the large cockpit.

I will be trailer sailing this boat and live in North Bend. I will be sailing, Puget Sound, Lake Washington, Columbia River, and Lake Wenatchee. I am looking forward to sailing in the sun on the east side, so I do not know where that might be yet.....

You guys met.  Eric was the one who hitched a ride to Vince’s boat before the start of Foulweather Bluff.  I still can’t believe anyone didn’t get hurt on that transfer.  Good times.
