Met a Newish Owner of an F27 Today

Hi all, Someone contacted me about the old F27 sails I had for sale. They are in Kenmore so I handed them off to him today and ended up touring his F27 and chatting with him and his SO for over an hour. A nice young couple with an interesting history and a couple teenagers. If I got the story right, they bought the boat from a boat "collector/hoarder?" in Preston. He'd bought the boat in Nevada and decided to sell it right away. It was pretty neglected but the couple have sailed it a few times. Its the style with the cool smooth floats but does have the typical delamination on the beams which he is fixing. I don't think they have a launch date, being busy parents and all. I invited them to join the club and google group. I know they monitor the io group as that is how they found me. I hope they join and I will keep in touch with them to follow up. They will be a great match for us.
