Hello Nige,

Don’t know about any 23’s but do know about a 27 that is available.

Nige- No; but there is a sweet looking Tremolino with Hobie 18 amas and rig on Seattle Craigslist now. That would be a cheap ($6000) super fun boat to sail (I've sailed them in the past and you can get them to balance on just the center hull with crew weight, making them fly). A LOT of bang for the buck (this one is all fiberglass).

Just an idea....

Cheers-

Hi Nigel!

There was a Silletto in the club in the mid-90's...Owner Marcos?  He may have been an officer or even Commodore.

Hey All,

I was just curious if there are any stilletto 23's around the NW?  A friend is looking to buy one and I thought it would be good to see one first if there where any locally.

Cheers

Subject: Rendezvous this weekend? and or next weekend

Hi all,

I'll give one more shout out to see if anyone is going to take advantage of the glorious weather this weekend and attend the Eagle Harbor rendezvous that David Miller suggested last week.  Not sure if David can even make now it but I'll check with him later.  If no one commits then I'm sailing to Port Townsend for the wood boat festival where I think Doug Barlow and daughters may sail to also.  I'll have my inflatable with 6 hp OB for ferrying ashore.

Also the NWMA web site still has the Tacoma rendezvous on the home page as happening on Sept 13 & 14 but I think Matt cancelled that.  Can we confirm and or delete this?  Then add the rendezvous for this weekend.

Lastly being a technophobe I forget how to send this message to the group.  Andrew told me but I haven't taken the time to find that email where he did, Ill look later for it.   (you received this via a list of recipients I copied from an email regarding the PT Multihull regatta.)  Would someone copy this email to the group or at least Andrew so that everyone gets the message.  Thank you.

I did notice that google has two groups for us.  One the is called NWMA with the latest entry being January 2012 and one where NWMA is spelled out entirely with the current posts of this month and earlier.  If not already done, these should be linked so that someone searching and posting to NWMA will also automatically be posted and find what appears to be the most relevant site; Northwest Multihull Assn. spelled out.

Cheers,

Eric Lindahl F31

Hi all-- thanks to Bruce van Borstal, we have results from the NWMA regatta.  Dragon Fly, Pax and Tri Again (in that)  order top the leader board.  Details in the attached spread sheet.

Next year Bruce will have his laptop at the regatta and we will have results A LOT SOONER!

Hi all--- When you arrive tomorrow at point Hudson, we have the slips just to the right as you enter the Marina.  I will be at the dock to help get everybody in place.

At 6: 30 we are invited to visit Jak Mang's shop at 1354 54th St. in PT.  Jak is building what promises to be one of the most interesting boats in the PNW-- the Bieker Brown Proa.

After the shop tour, we will reconvene at the Marina for the renaming ceremony for Steve Keever's boat.

The only fly in the ointment of this plan is that I don't really have transportation lined up, so we will have to improvise that part.

See you tomorrow!

Vince.
