does anyone have experience connecting a tohatsu 20hp outboard to an NMEA2000.

Hi,

As best I can tell from videos and in speaking with golden channels that the smallest engine that supports an NMEA2000 connection is a 30HP.

I have a brand new tohatsu 20HP with electronic controls. I am hoping there are some buried wire connectors in that that I can connect into.

Please let me know if I am wasting my time.
