Curious if anyone has recommendations for white sail numbers for a membrane sail?  Best spot I've found so far is at Northsails.com but wondering if there is something a bit cheaper?

Also for an F27 would you recommend 12" or 15" numbers. I'm going to include the country code was well.

Thanks,
Aaron

Maybe try Ballard Sails?

Regarding size, RRS has a set of rules for numbers for boats recognized by World Sailing.  Would make sense to use these.

Cheers, Bill

Hmmm...

I'm curious as to why your sailmaker didn't offer to include the sail numbers.  They would be aware of all the current RRS requirements regarding size, (contrasting) color, and placement.

Also, if you're planning on racing around here, I'm also curious as to whether you've checked with PIYA regarding your planned sail number.

But, you know what they say about curiosity...😁   Good luck sailing!

+1 for Ballard Sails.  I had them switch out sail numbers on all my sails (all different cloth types).  Simple drop off and they stay stuck on the sail...

And also PIYA... if your boat does not already have numbers.  There are folks that can help you through this if you need to go the PIYA route.

I have sail numbers from US Sailing, new owners of the boat and it wasn't previously registered. RRS mentions minimum size but not a maximum so there's talk of whether to got 12" (min) vs perhaps a more readable 15"?  I'll check with Ballard Sails but don't need them to put anything on for me.
