Chappell Hill Road Race and a call for sponsors!

Hi all! Our race....The Chappell Hill Road Race...... will be
happening on Sunday Sept 11. I just wanted to let the club know we
are looking for sponsors. I thought it would be great for any club
members who wanted to promote their company, to have a first chance
opportunity.

What we are looking for: any business or company that would like to
sponsor one of our races. You have 13 categories to choose from.
Once you pick a race, you will get to name it as such: ex: "The Mens
Cat4 challenge sponsored by ABC Air Conditioning Service".

What you get: Your company name will be mentioned in all of our
promotional material and also facebook as well as TXBRA message
boards. Your company will also be mentioned at the start of the
race. This is usually a nice gesture and is heard by the racers and
spectators at the start. Last, you will be helping the club and race
team promote this great event!

So what is it going to cost? We have 13 races. The Pro1/2 race is
the most prestigious event of all the races. We have increased the
purse for that race and the first place winner gets $1000. To be a
title sponsor for the pro race, sponsorship fee is $500. To sponsor
any of the remaining 12 races, the fee is only $200. Not a lot to help
contribute and get the word out!

Deadline for commitment is Monday August 1st. Payment can be made any
time before the event happens! Also, if you have someone outside of
the club who may be interested, send them my way. Club members will
take priority over outside entities prior to August 1st.
