Balkan folk music by the Eugene-based band “Kef” with guests UO faculty members Mark Levy and Carol Silverman. Kickoff reception for the “Russian & East European Arts, World Stage” conference sponsored by the UO Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies Center.
FREE and open to the public. Dance instruction provided!
