Please print up this portion of information to present the gift certificate, so that other's will know who I am and about me. 

Please also print up the Reading gift certificate. 

Let me know please if some one did purchase it, and how much it went for.

My reading will be for 1 hr. It can be done in person either in Toronto at my office located Don Mills Eglington area, or my studio up in Bobcaygeon. I can also offer it by phone at either location. This should also be noted on the top of the bidding form so that they are clear as to how they will receive there reading. 

I am not able to offer Reiki as my broken arm is acting up at this time and not sure when it will feel better.
