23rd nov workshop with wilf

Dear all,
so..saturday the 23rd of November is when we hope to get a plan for what the housing project(s)will be. Wilf is facilitating an all day workshop with us, the plan for the day is attached. The venue is Floor 4, Commercial Union house next to the old odeon cinema, 39 Pilgrim street in Newcastle, NE1 6QE. It has a lift, and bikes can be parked in the green office on floor 4. We have a room that should be a good space for working in with a great view.
The workshop starts at 10am, so if people can arrive before then (from 9.30am) for teas and coffees at the coffee bar on floor 3, that would be good.
Please bring some food, of whatever type or provenance, to share at lunch, which we will have on floor three.
There are about eight of us signed up so far. If you would like to come please let Helen or Lesley know. In terms of cost, it would be helpful if people attending could donate whatever they can afford.
For those with little children who might want to be entertained there is place to sit and play just outside the room, (with a table football machine for older ones). There is also space in the room for them to have a corner to play in, that is child friendly (ie has clean carpet and is warm).
