[NorthTexasFTC]

The $1000 USD FTC SIM Rookie Team Grant is now live. Your teams can find out more info at this webpage: https://firstroboticscanada.org/ftc-sim-argosy-grant/

FTC SIM Argosy Rookie Team Grant (Added November 23rd)

· $1000 USD granted through HCB

· Requirements: Only eligible for new rookie teams who have paid their registration fee & reside in North America

· Objective: Find 13/15 lightning bolts in FTC SIM to unlock the grant code. By doing the puzzles, you will learn how to program an FTC robot to do everything from going forwards and backwards to using color or distance sensors. Once you get the grant code, you submit the application form and once approved, HCB will reach out and set up your account so you can start purchasing anything you need to run your FTC team.

We are also excited to announce that we were able to add new languages to FTC SIM! Users can select the language they want by scrolling to the bottom of the home page and selecting from the dropdown menu. When selected, the main text on the site and the tutorials will change to be the selected language but the blocks will stay in English as they would be when programming a robot.
