Boots. Bots. Big Energy.
This June, we are bringing a FIRST Tech Challenge Premier Event to Fort Worth, with top teams from across the country competing right here in our backyard.
Because this is a weekday event, we are counting on our North Texas community to help make it happen.
If your team is local, this is one of the easiest ways to be part of a Premier Event without the travel. Whether you can bring a few students, a mentor, or a full group for a day, your support will make a real difference.
Events like this only happen because teams step up.
🔧 Volunteer Opportunities Include:
• Students supporting Field Reset and Queuing (fast-paced, right next to the action)
• Team Check-In and Pit Admin (great for organized, people-focused students or mentors)
• Robot Inspection and technical roles (for experienced mentors and alumni)
• Event Setup, Load-In, and Load-Out (high-impact, all hands on deck)
• Judges and Referees (full event commitment for experienced volunteers)
📅 June 9 to June 10 (Weekday Event)
⚡ Flexible shifts available for most roles
For many positions, we can work with 4 to 6 hour shifts, making it possible to come out for part of the day.
If you have students looking for volunteer hours, leadership experience, or just a chance to be part of something bigger, this is a great opportunity. If you are a mentor or alum, we especially need your experience to help support teams and keep things running smoothly.
This is one of those events where you do not just volunteer, you become part of the experience. It is fast-paced, collaborative, and a chance to directly support students doing incredible things in STEM.
And it is Cowtown. Expect a little extra energy, a little extra fun, and a uniquely Texas take on FTC.
