Subject: 2013-14 Fll Scrimmage

Greetings Team!

We apologize for the lack of communication on our side. The past few weeks have been strenuous and complicated. The plans for the scrimmage are being compiled and we need to know which teams would like to participate. We realize this is a late notice and would like to have all teams that can possibly come to the scrimmage. 

The date for our scrimmage is Saturday, November 2nd. The competition will be held at Coppell High School (184 W Parkway Blvd), Future details will be sent out to the teams that will be participating.

The competition will be a best of three, and only the team's average score will be considered. Each team will receive a schedule when they arrive, and a student mentor will also be assigned to each team. We encourage for teams to explore the expo while they are not competing. As far as food goes, there will be a concession stand open where food can be purchased.
