Dear BEVERLY ,

This is it.

The Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill vote is coming down to the wire!

The Committee is launching hard-hitting TV ads targeting the 9 swing-vote Senators who literally hold the power to pass or defeat this bill.

We can't hold back.

You know the Union Bosses won't.

We're throwing everything we've got into this fight.

To be honest, we are actually committing more to fighting this union power-grabbing bill than we can afford.

The fight against Card Check earlier this year and the current prolonged battle against the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill have left our funds low.

I would be lying if I told you committing so much to this fight doesn't keep me up at night worried, but I don’t have a choice.

You see, the reason this fight against the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill has dragged on so long is you and I have been preventing the Union Bosses from scrounging together the votes they need to pass it.

You and the other Right to Work Supporters are the only reason our public safety servants remain free from union shackles.

Which brings me back to the TV ads.

The Committee absolutely must raise $130,000 by July 22 to saturate the 9 swing-vote Senators' states with TV ads!

BEVERLY , we need your help to make it happen. Will you chip in $10?

You and I can't afford for this bill to pass.

If we fail and the Union Bosses manage to ram this dangerous bill through the Senate, it could force every police officer and firefighter in the country under union boss control, override state and local labor laws across the nation and lead to MAMMOTH state and local tax hikes.

But the real bad news is passage of this bill could be the last straw for states and communities across the country that are already struggling to make ends meet.

In fact, all you need to do is take a look at California and Illinois to see what the rest of the nation has in store should the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill pass.

California is facing a budget deficit of over $19 billion thanks to out-of-control government union bosses and their outrageous demands.

Illinois is facing a $13 billion shortfall -- half the state's budget.

Dropping down a level, the city of Vallejo, California, actually went bankrupt after nearly 75 percent of its budget was spent on satisfying the demands of the union agreement covering police and firefighters.

And the Mayor of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, recently stated that struggling cities are “handcuffed” by public sector monopoly bargaining.

During these tough economic times, the LAST thing we need is national union boss control of our local police and firefighters.

And should we lose this fight, it'll only be a matter of time before Big Labor moves on to seize control of ALL state and local public employees nationwide.

Which is why I have no choice but to buy TV advertisements to fight this bill while counting on you and other Right to Work supporters to help fund it.

I am depending on your support right away!

Right to Work is targeting Senators Lincoln of Arkansas, Nelson and Johanns of Nebraska, Reid of Nevada, Warner and Webb of Virginia, Snowe and Collins of Maine, and Hagan of North Carolina.

Our analysts have determined that we need a budget of at least $130,000 to make a significant impact in these 6 states.

And with our ad purchases set for July 23, we must reach this goal by midnight July 22!

Will you help the Committee run TV ads targeting the above list of Senators to defend our public safety workers?

Please click here to chip in with a donation of $10 right away.

Your support will help the Committee to fight off this attack in the Senate.

I am counting on you BEVERLY .

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
