Dear Club Leaders,

We have so many clubs that did not submit their spring membership rosters and 2009-2010 Year End Reports, that Student Activities is sitting on $7,000 that we won’t be able to allocate unless the groups below act NOW! The original deadline to submit these materials was the end of May. I extended it to the end of June. I’m giving one last chance...because that’s the kind of guy I am.  I really want those clubs that have earned it to get their money!

The final final final deadline to submit the roster and year end report is Thursday, August 5 at NOON. After that time, there will be no more extensions & you will not have any further opportunities to get the funds for your hard work in the spring semester. Please don’t leave the funds in our accounts...although Sheilonda is ready to go on a shopping spree with the extra money.

Below are the clubs that otherwise qualify to earn spring funds, but don’t have their materials submitted:
Ambassadors (don’t qualify for extra funds, since you’re funded, but I need your report and roster please)
AAUW ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
Anime & Gaming Club ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
ASAP ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
BEATS ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
Campus Crusade for Christ ($250) need the spring roster and year end report
EMSSA ($500) need year end report (I have your spring roster)
Engineering Student Organization ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
Film Club ($250) need the spring roster and year end report
FASLI (N/A) I need your year end report, please
HELLO ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
LASO ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
Medical Assisting Club ($250) need the spring roster (I have your year end report already)
Paralegal Club ($250) need the spring roster and year end report
Phi Theta Kappa ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
PMHSS ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
Yoga Alliance ($500) need the spring roster and year end report
