Before park owners can create their dream resort in Jurassic World Evolution 2, they'll need to unlock everything in the game. Sandbox mode is one of the defining features of Jurassic World Evolution 2 where players can put to use everything that they've unlocked throughout the game into their very own dino park. However, the first time Sandbox is loaded up, players will see that they essentially have nothing available to them. Everything will need to be unlocked elsewhere in the game before it can be used in Jurassic World Evolution 2, such as facilities, constructs, dinosaurs, and more.
Everyone wants to unlock as many dinosaurs as possible in Jurassic World Evolution 2, and with more than 80 different species available players can create their own park that is unique to what they want. Much like the first Jurassic World Evolution, players cannot unlock anything that they would need to build their own park in Sandbox mode. Instead, they'll have to gain access to everything in the game through a lot of research and development, something that fans of the first game are no stranger to.
In general, players will need to complete activities in Campaign, Challenge, and Chaos Theory Modes to unlock everything in the game. During the Campaign, players must conserve and contain prehistoric animals in a variety of environments around the world following the Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom film released in 2018. This goes beyond healing dinosaur injuries in Jurassic World Evolution 2, however, as new dinosaur species will sometimes be delivered to the resorts from other parts of the world as well. Challenge Mode has four levels of difficulty and puts constraints on park conditions and construction, but it's how some unique species cosmetics and to be earned as well. Chaos Theory Mode allows players to experience key moments from each movie in the franchise at large.
The two things that players will need to unlock every dinosaur in Jurassic World Evolution 2 are money and a Science Center. Science Centers analyze fossils brought back from dig site expeditions in an effort to collect enough of a species' genome. In a similar fashion, dig sites and expeditions will also need to be unlocked through the Research section of the Science Center. Like other buildings in Jurassic World Evolution 2, repairs may need to be done to Science Centers if they come under attack from the more aggressive species of dinosaurs in a given park.
When it isn't under attack or in need of repairs, the Research section of the Science Center allows players to use their scientists on the various dinosaurs under the Species section. Nodes have specific requirements in this section of the Science Center, with some dinosaur categories requiring more work than others to be done before players can unlock the new dinosaur. Once a new dinosaur species has been released into the park, players will have it unlocked for the Sandbox mode. There are eight different categories of dinosaurs for players to unlock, including a hybrid category for breeding new dinosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution 2.
There are six different categories of building that players will need to unlock in Jurassic World Evolution 2. Each of the categories has its own subsection of buildings as well that serve different purposes throughout the park. Once these buildings have been unlocked, players can use them in Sandbox mode as well.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 has four facilities that are for dinosaur welfare. In addition to medicine, this included dinosaur creation, enclosures, and gene modification. Fortunately, players can unlock most of these by unlocking the majority of dinosaur nodes and buildings mentioned above. Similarly, unlocking the dinosaur welfare facilities will unlock them in Sandbox mode as well.
In 2023, 8 years after the down fall of Jurassic world, a new company has bought a surviving area of Isla Nublar and has built a new park, after opening the new owner decides he needs experts to review the parks dinosaurs, and who is the perfect choice for that job? not dinopedia but he call's them anyways
This is a new series I'm doing while I wait for ideas for Duckhunt's prehistoric market, if you want to be in it let me know and tell me who your character is. the species appearing will be every dinosaur in Jurassic World evolution excluding hybrids, whether it all of them in the base game or all of them including DLCs I'll let you decide
These files were seized after a raid on a suspected location used by the Anti-Ingen Foundation. The Anti-Ingen Foundation is an insurgent/terror group based on trying to take down the company Ingen. The location was raided by a paramilitary task force from Amber Private Military Company. All of the following is untrue information.
But if you want to hear the history of Ingen, we have to start where it all began. The five deaths. The five deaths are from an island chain off the coast of Costa Rica. These islands were originally inhabited by a people known as the Tun Ci tribe. The Tun ci tribe are theorized to have either come from somewhere in Oceania by boat. They peacefully lived on the islands for a few thousand years, until the Spanish empire came.
The spanish empire colonized Isla Nublar, and Isla Muerta. However, they didn't have much luck on Muerta, as the colony was plagued with disease and they eventually left. Isla Nublar was only used as a port to restock their ships if they ever passed by, although not much else happened with them.
When they found the Tun Ci tribe, they were furious, they didn't want anyone seeing what they would do on the island. Ingen hired mercenaries, and they killed thousands of the Tun Ci tribe. This was known as the cloud island massacre. They then created a very small reservation for them on Isla Nublar, similar to the Native American reservations in the USA. The American government turned a blind eye to this genocide going on in the islands, as Ingen was helping them build weapons. All remaining members of the Tun Ci tribe fled into the jungles of the islands, quietly living in fear.
They were very eager to help the Tun Ci, they gave them weapons and training so that they could use the islands as a base to spy on America with. The Tun Ci agreed. The Tun Ci tribe managed to fully capture Isla Pena, Isla Muerta, and Isla Sorna. Then, Ingen had enough. They asked the USA for help, and the US Marines landed on all of the captured islands and destroyed any resistance by the Tun Ci. But the one piece of resistance they couldn't destroy was the Tun Ci on Isla Pena.
The tribe's people used the jungles as cover, similar to the Vietnamese in the Vietnam War. The marines were starting to get annoyed that they couldn't win against these tribespeople, so they called in tanks. Ingen was also starting to get annoyed, and did one of the worst possible things.
They corralled some of their experimental creatures into shipping containers, which were attached to helicopters. The helicopters then opened the shipping containers over Isla Pena while the US marines were just landing on it.
It wasn't pretty. Only 37 of the 400 marines that landed there survived. It was covered up by the US Media, and all of the Tun Ci tribe on that island was wiped out. The remaining tribespeople all relocated to either the reservation on Isla Nublar, and there are rumors that some relocated to Isla Sorna, where there are a few unsubstantiated claims that they live on the island to this day.
After this incident the USA decided to stop funding to Ingen but never actually shut down the company, after all, Ingen had at least denied the Soviets a base. Ingen continued with their experiments without funding. They did this by selling things on the black market. What they sold is unknown, but it got them enough money to keep themselves afloat and keep doing experiments.
Line: (Dr dua) Postosuchus here is a rauisuchian, A loricatan, to be specific. This ambush predator, despite its small size, was still the apex predator of its environment, so don't think this thing wouldn't pounce on a guest!
Line: (Lambert) Smilosuchus here, while still one of the more terrestrial phytosaurs, still needs a large amount of water in its enclosure. So, make sure you give it to it, because we do NOT need a breakout with this thing.
Line: (Lambert) Lisowica here was a large therapsid from Poland that most predators didn't attack for two reasons. First was that it was too bulky. Second was its nightmares of jaws we really don't want to get close to our guests!
Line: (Issac) Desmatosuchus was a reptile that was armed, or should I say ARMORED, to the teeth. It even was armored on its underside, something not even ankylosaurus had the luxury of. Plus, those shoulder spikes will send any carnivore running away when they turn to face them!
Line: (Issac) Shastasaurus here is INCREDIBLE, it was the largest marine reptile to ever live! Once thought to be a gentle piscivore, it is now known that Shastasaurus had all the tools necessary to be the apex predator of the Late Triassic seas!
Line: (Dr dua) Thalattoarchon here is a perfect example of confusing taxonomy. Once thought to be its own branch of ichthyosaurs, it is now known as a macro-predatory member of the group Shastasaurid, a group of ichthyosaurs that include the colossal Shastasaurus.
There are five playable islands, including the main island of Isla Nublar, home of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World. You can go between these islands and run multiple parks. No news yet on whether Isla Sorna, the island from The Lost World and Jurassic Park III, will feature.
The three pillars of park building, Frontier says, are Entertainment, Security, and Research. With Research you can send experts over the world gathering dinosaur specimens to harvest their DNA, until you can finally make a new baby dinosaur. Entertainment brings in the actual money, since Jurassic World is now highly Disney-ified and everything has to be for the enjoyment of the customers, so your attractions will have to be a focus too. Security is keeping everything together, even in the face of tropical storms or other disasters, although after you create a killer T-Rex/Raptor hybrid that can turn invisible that might prove a problem.
