Big bike ride

Hello all,
I have talked to most of you at least once about our charity bike ride, Accu-Chek Cyclebetes.  This is just a reminder about the Vancouver date and the ride itself.  If you have time please pass it on to your network of cyclists.

The Accu-Chek Cyclebetes Vancouver 150/50/3km ride:

• 3 distances: 150km from Hope, 50km from Maple Ridge and 3km kids ride within Stanley Park.
• Saturday, September 12th.
• bus transport will be available if needed to get people to start line in Hope
• price: $30 donation reg fee and $150 in donations [or combined $180 – which ever you please and all donations above $25 are given a tax receipt]
• All donations to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
• fully supported with aid stations and fun through out
• filmed for documentary
• party atmosphere at the end in Stanley Park at Lumberman’s Arch
  

This ride is all part of the cross Canada relay that will start in Halifax on Aug. 23rd and end on September 13th in victoria.
