Hello everyone,
First let me thank each and every one of you for putting up with the constant promotion of our Vancouver Accu-Chek Cyclebetes 150 ride. John Henry Bikes is proud to say the first year was a huge success and without your support it wouldn’t have been the same. Lots to work on still, lots of improvements to make based upon your feedback but none the less, with nearly $500,000 in straight donations and hundreds of thousands in media our first year was an unqualified success.  Thank you so much. Secondly: the air is a little cooler these mornings even though the weather is expected to be fantastic. With that said we are moving the start time to 9am until it gets really cold and then it will go to 10am again for serious winter.

Expect Wednesday nights to continue until it really gets dark and cold and then we will have spin class announcements.
