to Northshore Fitness Project - Kauai
Aloha kakou -- hope everyone is finding ways to keep up with his/her
weight training and cardio exercise!
I'm finding that my bench and free weights in my garage are just
fine. Of course, I'm riding my bicycle and walking the beaches a lot
for cardio conditioning. I'm also enjoying going to the Kauai
Muscle and Fitness to train a client on Fridays. I am currently
scheduling others for that day if I am needed. I work with several
of my people in their homes on other days. I'll be scheduling a
Yoganna by the Sea in December -- which is a fundraiser workout that
is a lot of fun and a good way to reconnect. I'll let you know when
I get that one scheduled. A hui ho!
