Aloha Rosalie . . . Yoganna involves some standing, sitting and lying
down stretches, all of which can be modified for your shoulder. I
always encourage
modification of exercises so that your body feels nurtured and not
tortured. Sometimes just BEING at the beach and doing deep breathing
helps with healing. You certainly will be able to walk for a warm-up and
I believe you'll be able to do most of the other exercises. Bring a
mat for the grass or if you prefer, a chair. Also bring water to drink!
