Pilates and Yoga Classes in Princeville

Just a quick note on Bea's class schedule starting Nov 1:

I will be teaching Pilates Mat classes at Hanalei Bay Resort Mondays
and Fridays 8:30 a.m.
We had a full class (10 people) this morning and it was exciting to
see so many of you there.

Fees: drop in price $12. 10 class ticket $100; 20 class ticket $160;
Visitors-Weekly $50.

I am also teaching Rise & Shine Yoga at the Princeville Community
Center Mon and Wed 7:15 a.m.
These classes are on a donation basis (trade or free if $ is short)!!
