Possible Equestrian Event this fall?

The owner of the stable I am at has expressed interest in seeing our medieval equestrian event and possibly hosting one.

So are there any events happening this summer?

Second is there any interest in having an event of some type this fall?

Where are you located, Balthazar?

I know that (theoretically) there is a joint event between Calontir & Northshield in August to be held at the border of Iowa & Minnesota, but I don't have the exact details on that yet.

Some info that I have...

OYEZ! Pray attend good gentles all.

There are grave rumors that Thora Sigurdsdottir, daughter of the heart land, has heard a cold voice, drawing her away to the north!  This cannot be!

We call the northern baronies and all of Calontir to the border of Northshield to demonstrate our strength to Nordskogen, and the warmth of our love to Thora.  No griffin shall carry her away!  We will surround and protect her as in a ring of flame!

Come join us, the Shire of Heraldshill in The Battle for Thora August 18 - 20 and lend your support in this noble endeavor. Location : Floyd County Fairgrounds, Charles City,IA.

P.S. And to tempt you even more to attend this event, we will have competitions in C &T, archery, equestrian and heavy fighting. We will be having an A&S competition focused on  "the goddess Thora in any medium". There will be hands-on glassblowing and weaving demos. And of course our usual wonderful all day inn and awesome evening feast. And lots of crash space.

Wait ... Calontir and the northern baronies of NS are keeping Thora from being taken from ??? to Nordskogen by a griffin?  Huh?

Well, whatever.  That sounds like a marvelous event!  It's about time we got together with Calontir again.  Has it been submitted to the NS kingdom schedule?

Attendance will likely be affected by the fact that it is one week after Poorman's Pennsic, NS's largest annual equestrian event, which I just now noticed is not on the NS website's kingdom calendar, though it is on the Northshield Essentials pdf found on the .FB page  

As an aside, there is a Falcon's Keep sponsored kingdom equestrian practices on that weekend, too.

Hmmm, I did not see it on the calendar on the website and I checked twice.  

I did find it on the Northshield Essentials post pinned to the top of the NS Facebook page, but I don't know many people know to check both.
