The 501 - Update on Former Leif Johnson Ford Site

Hi neighbors, 

United Properties, who are developing the former Leif Johnson Ford Site known as the 501, passed along the following info for us:

"The dealership has completed their new location and has ended operations on the Koenig site as of 9/24. The buildings are secured and will be fenced soon, as they will be demolished prior to the end of the year once we’ve completed another environmental review that’s tied to a potential lender. We will have more concrete timing on demo to share in the next 30-60 days and will keep you all apprised of any updates onsite in the interim."
