Our Future 35 open house flyer

Join the City of Austin for an Our Future 35 open house to learn about options for two stitches over I-35 between 41st Street to the Red Line rail crossing and share your input on their location and boundaries.

City staff will be available to answer questions in an open, informal setting and explain the technical considerations for each of the options. This is a come-and-go event—stop by at your convenience, explore the options, ask questions and share your comments to make your perspective heard. Your feedback will help shape the City's commitment in December 2025.

On May 22, 2025, Austin City Council committed to fund roadway support elements for two approximately 300-foot stitches over I-35 between 41st Street and the Red Line rail crossing.

The purpose of this open house is to provide the community with clear, accessible information about the potential locations for these two stitches and to gather public input on the options. Community feedback will play an important role in guiding the City’s decision regarding the location and extent of these stitches, which will come by the end of 2025.
