Hi neighbors,
This in-person meeting is an open-house style event. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of access along I-35 between US 290 East and Holly Street once construction is complete, and highlight design improvements made since the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) was approved in 2023.
We look forward to welcoming your community at this event. Project plans and other information will be available for review, and the project team will be on-hand to answer questions. This in-person meeting is an open-house style event. Attendees are welcome to come and go at their convenience. No formal presentation is planned.
When:
Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Where: Austin Community College Highland Campus - Building 2000
6101 Highland Campus Dr.
Austin, TX 78752
Parking:
Parking is available for attendees in the northeast and southeast parking lots along Wilhelmina Delco Drive and Jonathan Drive. Follow signage and see map attachment.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is holding the fifth installment of Community Connectors for the I-35 Capital Express Central project: University and Downtown segments on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.
This in-person meeting is an open-house style event.
