NORTH LOOP Plan Contact Team Meeting: August 12 @ 7:00pm

Hi Neighbors,

Our third quarterly North Loop Neighborhood Plan Contact Team meeting is NEXT WEDNESDAY August 12 at 7:00pm at the Commune on North Loop

We have a short agenda and would love to have as many of you join as possible as we will be discussing and voting on our updated Bylaws, which include information about voting and membership. Adopting new bylaws will be a two-meeting series, we can make adjustments to the attached proposed draft and then there will be a second vote at the November meeting to formally adopt the updated draft.

Agenda:

• Opening Comments / Welcome
• Introduce New Sign-In form
• Review Updates to NLNPCT Bylaws
• Vote on Bylaws
• Brief update on current neighborhood development

With regrets, I will not be at the meeting on the 12 th as I will be in the northeast. I will do my best to review the Bylaws draft.
