Prom Set Up

To all of the people on this mailing list:

 

You are invited to help set up for prom tomorrow, Friday the 23. We will be leaving right after school to go to the AT&T Center in San Ramon. It's address is 2600 Camino Ramon.   Alston will be coordinating with those who are leaving after school. If you need a ride talk to him and he can tell you who is driving.

 

To get there:

     Take 680 Soth

     Crow Canyon Exit (by In N Out)

     Take a left on crow canyon after exiting

     Turn right on Camino Ramon

     Turn Right at the AT&T center. 2600 Camino Ramon

 

What we have to do:

• Put up decorations
• Put up poster at SBC Center
• Put up Sound Equipment
• Assemble Eiffel Tower
• Assemble / Put up Street Lamps
• Arrange Tables w/ centerpieces
• Put up gossamer
• Put up Lights
• etc..................................

We will be decorating and eating at In N Out afterwards. Talk about it with people at school because people may not have checked their email today. The more people who come the faster we will get done

 

Anyone on Executive Council is required to come. If they do not they will face termination.

 

 

WOOOOHHH,   I'm excited. Its gonna be fun. There'll be music playing and stuff, were bringing the football speakers an crap.
