Prom decoration comittee

Dear prom Decoration Comitee,

           I am sooo sorry that we have left you in the dark for a lot of the planning... there wasnt much we could have you do. 

but first of all we have a couple of things to tell you:

1) if you could please let us borrow your white christmas lights to decorate the place in that would be WONDERFUL!  put your name on a piece of tape and attach them to the lights so that we can give them back to you after prom.  give them to either carolyn h. or shiree s.

2) we will be decorating the building on friday the 23 (day before prom) after school... soooo much better than early morning the day of prom which we had originally thought we would have to do. 

im sure we can finish on friday cause we have all night if many of you come than im sure we will finish.

3) we hired a handy man to build some of the structures (windmill/moon) for prom and we bought an eiffel tower.  we are also making french signs to put around the room... indicating where the bathroom and such are.
