Subject: Local Food Thesis and Presentation

Dear Angel and Susannah,

Thank you again for the generous time and energy you put into your interviews with me for my senior thesis.  I am going to present my preliminary findings in Northfield on May 5th at the Public Library from 3-4pm. I've attached the poster that I plan to distribute in Northfield prior to the event.  Could you possibly pass it on to members of the Local Food Action Network and any other relevant individuals or groups who would be interested in attending? I'd like to share my findings with the community since several people were curious as to what I would find out. I could really use some tips on publicizing an event in Northfield, though, so any insights or suggestions you have for getting the word out would be greatly appreciated.  Please let me know if the two of you can make it and if I should count on any additional attendees so I can estimate how much food to provide.  Thanks again for your help on my research. I'll be sure to send you my paper when it's complete even if you can't attend the presentation. I look forward to talking to you soon!

Best,
Siri
