Deadline extension for websites

In order to accommodate schools whose schedules have been scrambled by
snow, and students confused by the new website requirements, I will
ask judges not to begin judging websites until 5pm on Friday March 5.

The March 1 deadline remains for registering the websites and for
posting at least an initial site on the http://nhd.weebly.com/ portal.
This will generate a URL which I can send to the judges.
