Bellaire NMHG Meeting April 11th at 6pm

Greetings all,

There will be a Bellaire NMHG meeting at Short's Brewing Company April 11th at 6pm.  This month we will be discussing sensory evaluation.  We want to talk about: what are the different ways that help you understand your beer better?  What are the things you do to find flaws?  What are the things you do to take note of the things you are tasting?

Brew one of your homebrews to have the group taste and evaluate.

For our May meeting, I am hoping to get one of the Short's brewers to be at our meeting.  I would love to be able to ask their advice on different brewing issues.  I am really interested in how they use their special ingredients.  Let me know if you have any other topics you would like to discuss.
