Nanopore base modification analysis

Hello,

I have started playing with the first batch of nanopore sequencing from our shiny new PromethION (University of Manchester).  

I was wondering if there BUG members who regularly analyse this type of data, and are happy to field some questions?  

I am specifically looking a 5mc and 5hmc modification data, although I have a rudimentary workflow it would be helpful to talk to someone with experience.
