Dear all,
On Thursday 21st March (12:30 - 14:00) I'm running an online course on cBioPortal - the publicly available online resource for cancer genomics (omics and clinical data). This is through Elixir-UK.
The course will be delivered through Zoom with presentations, a live demo, structured problem solving and a final section on downloading and working with the data yourself.
cBioPortal is great for getting quick answers from pan-cancer datasets and getting summary data. Useful for bioinformaticians, but also great for wet lab focused people too.
