We use Novogene for pretty much everything, and have never had a problem, or, if we have once or twice, then its more than made up for by the lower price, and i've had some failed samples with every sequencing provider I've used. Our last project was 23 days from sample receipt to data release.  I think i'm not supposed to reveal the prices, but I can say that it was substantially less than those quoted by Leo, at least for the mRNA. As pointed out, miRNA is a separate experiment. lncRNA is about 50% extra. The advantage of Novogene over, say BGI, is that standard sequencing is done in the UK, so you don't need to navigate international couriers etc.
I believe that other commercial providers are attempting to be competitive with Novogene, although I think they struggle. You might try getting a quote from Azenta (what was Genewiz), I know they've been ramping up their UK capacity.
As part of the UCU industrial action, we are only working our contracted hours. It might take me a bit longer than usual to get back to you and I may decline voluntary responsibilities or opportunities - thank you for your patience.
