Dear All,
You are all welcome to attend the BioFAIR roadshow to learn about the project and how to get involved. The event will take place on
24th April at 10am at University of Bradford.
BioFAIR is a UKRI funded federated digital research infrastructure, with a budget of £34 million over five years, due to launch this summer. It will develop and operate by connecting existing life sciences infrastructures, largely through the integration of existing services, resources, and knowledge.
The focus of BioFAIR is on four core capabilities: data commons, method commons, knowledge centre, and community centre. The project aims to deliver a significant advancement in 'Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-usable' (FAIR) research data management (RDM), providing end-to-end FAIR RDM & analysis capabilities along with necessary support and training for UK researchers in the life sciences.
This initiative will be community-led, driven by the priorities of UK life science researchers. BioFAIR has arranged this roadshow to engage with life science research communities across the UK during our pre-launch planning and design phase.

Kind regards,
Krzys
