Apartment for Rent in Providence

Hey everyone,

   Sorry to bother people with non-SSDP related business, but my housemates and I are looking to sublet a recently vacated room in my apartment up here in Providence.  The room is about 10'x10', and the house has large and well-furnished dining and living rooms with a great view of the river.  We have two fully-equipped albeit small kitchens, plus a washer and dryer.  The house is at the top of Wickenden street, which is one of the liveliest parts of the Providence East Side, with restaurants, bars, and cafes all along the road.  The house is also conveniently near downtown, and we even have a stop right next to our house for the trolley that goes to the main bus station downtown.  We are 6 guys and 1 girl in the house, all seniors.  We keep a clean house and like to cook and are looking for someone who will contribute to the cleanliness and deliciousness of our living situation.  While we do not consider ourselves to be hardcore party animals, we are college students and therefore do like to have a good time, and frequently have groups of friends over to have a few drinks or just chill.  Overall, we're looking for someone fun, tolerant, SSDP-minded, and easy to live with.  Rent is $475 a month plus utilities, which comes out to around $50-$90 a month per person, depending on how cold it is outside.  Please contact benjamin....@gmail.com with any interests.  We would prefer to interview interested parties in person before agreeing, but alternate arrangements could be made if necessary.
