Dear Debating Community,

We are appromximately 50 days away from MDO 2013!

Here are some updates for all of you.

1) Due to academic research commitments, we regretfully bid goodbye to Dohhee as she steps down from our adj core . We wish her all the very best for her project! We are very happy to announce that Hyewon from Korea has joined our adj core panel. We can definitely expect exciting motions from our adj core panel!

2) Attached with this announcement is the list oF adjs which MDO 2013 will fully subsidize.

3) We have already confirmed that all participants would be place at Hang Tuah World Heritage Hotel for your 5 days 4 nights stay here. Further details of the hotel can be obtained from our website.

4) We are also pleased to announce that the theme for our grand finals night would be Cultural night. Be dressed in your best cultural outfit for a memorable night!

5) We are also pleased to inform that we have reached the halfway mark of teams that have fully paid. Since slots are taken up fast, for those who have yet to make payment, please do so immediately to ensure your slots are secured. Payment of at least half the amount for would be encouraged to ensure that there would not be any hassle for accommodation. Emails have already been sent out to those institutions with outstanding payment, please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any assistance.

6) To all teams that have already booked your flights, please do email me your flight details so that transport arrangements can be made.
