Yes — this is related to the MASSDOT King St Project that includes a proposal for a traffic signal at the intersection of State and Finn.

Thanks Adam, and yes, that PP is relevant--note that all other MassDot improvements to King Street are actually directly connected with King street as does the proposed exit/entrance widening from King to Finn. The inclusion of the State St/Finn St traffic light is the last slide --a late entry? The traffic light was not included in the announcement  for the MassDot public hearing at the September 25th meeting, and although it is on the list of proposed changes at the end of the handout shared at that meeting, it is not on the same handout's heading nor map. 

For those not aware of the City's process for how traffic issues are approached City streets, please see the City Website TRAFFIC CALMING under the jurisdiction of the Transportation and Parking Committee, as well as the Traffic Calming Manual which was approved in 2008 and has been in effect since then.
