Hey guys,
 following today's meeting, here are three versions of the mockup. Can you e-mail me back your preference (hit reply to sender if you prefer rather than have lots of e-mails bouncing around) - I've called them dark, grey and beige, if you rank each one as your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice we'll get a better idea of the overall favourite and go with that.

e.g.
1st (favourite): dark.
2nd: beige.
3rd: gray.

These aren't actually how I rank them, I'm undecided as of yet!

Eddie, can you pass me the vector graphics for the logo. Also, please convert the font to outline as I don't have a copy of that font. (unless you have an extra license?)

Woot!

Well done, Eddie! Thanks for all this work. 

Anyone have any feedback at this stage? It's going to launch this week, remember. 

Looks like we may need to have some mention of Open Coffee Sligo and a link to the OCS site on there somewhere. Just also realised we don't have an "about" page explaining who is behind it. 

We have to mention on the About page that this is a not-for-profit event. 

And we have to get those sponsor's logos. 

Anyone see anything else?

After our trip abroad, my partner was hospitalised and just released
at the weekend. All is well now and we are getting back to normal
after a crazy month.

Hello Aidan, 

I'm glad to hear your partner is out of the hospital. I didn't know what stress you were under. 

I'm glad you can jump back in. If you have any hesitation, and find you can't commit, that's is completely understandable. Please just tell us what support you need, if any. 

People were either assigned to, or volunteered to co-ordinate certain aspects of the conference to spread the load. 

You are signed up to co-ordinate the "Start" stream with Justin. Call into his office for a chat. When you get a chance you can view the draft schedule on the spread sheet, you can add in the names of confirmed people and change as needed. Mark speakers as confirmed (use green).

• View the PR ideas; and about the streams and who was assigned to what. 

I hope for the best for you and your partner. My own man has been having health problems lately, and it's been quite upsetting- because there is little to nothing I can do!
