Spreadsheet to add in speakers & upcoming dates

Sorry for flurry of emails. I wanted to keep this one about the spreadsheet separate. Please check it out, there's alot of information on there.

I have added a sheet which is a schedule, where you can add speakers as you confirm them. (follow this link and you can edit it)

Please change the colour of the text to green or something to indicate it's all GO for a session you're pencilling in. We can work out times later. Just confirm with speakers.

You'll notice the sheet has the same old tabs: but click on the SPEAKERs tab, and you'll see the names of speakers we've been batting around. We didn't put all the names in the schedule. Because mainly we haven't spoken to people yet.

I will mock up the 'gantt chart' at the beginning of next week, but these are the important upcoming dates. The most important bit being that we need most speakers confirmed by 12 October, because registration is opening then.

- Eddie setting up site, draft by the end of week
- Text to Denise to put on the site
- H to work on 'collateral'
- Heather speaking at Science Gallery on OCS and NWC

Week of 28 Sept
- Website working, collecting names (not registrations)
- 10 am meeting at CDI- look at
- 1st October OCS meet up
- Update on collateral

5 Oct
- Sligo's Enterprising (Feargus attending, needs handouts)
- 10 Oct - BarCamp Derry (Heather attending)

12 Oct
- Most speakers confirmed
- Open Registration

16 Nov
- Close registration

23 Nov
- Confirm registration + reminder
