I asked the City leaders when we would get the data from the kick-off event, thinking it would be good to have that before scheduling another meeting.  The response was that this meeting is primarily for those who weren't able to attend the kick-off, although anyone is invited to attend.  It also might be a good time to mention items you have thought about since the kick-off.
