San Antonio Oxbow Bluffs Grand Opening- June 12th

See flyer below.  This was an important Open Space acquisition to protect the San Antonio Oxbow.  In the winter, there are wonderful murmuration displays of red-winged blackbirds over this property, in the trees and then the birds spread to the bosque area for the night.

10:30-11:30 a.m. – Ribbon-cutting ceremony and commemoration for Rex Funk, Suzy Poole, and Dr. Joe Valles

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Celebration featuring music from Los Trinos, activities, and light snacks and refreshments
