Development near 1860 Griegos Road NW

There is a new project being proposed north and west of the Guadalupe Church at 1860 Griegos NW.  A few representatives from nearby neighborhood associations met with the developer, Jay Rembe, and the architect, Kenny Myers.  It combines the requirements of 8 cottage developments onto 10 acres consisting of 90 rental homes.  Access will be on Griegos and San Isidro.   Below are links to the presentation.  Due to the fact that there is no neighborhood association in this area, I am sending this information to our list serve.  We have requested a facilitated meeting and it will be this Thursday, June 9, 5:30 - 7:30.  Anyone interested may come, via zoom.  I will send the invitation in a separate email and will reference the name of the project as Griegos Farms.
