Area bus route changes

Have you noticed all the Closed Permanently signs on bus stops along 12th Street, Griegos Blvd., Candelaria Blvd. and Rio Grande Blvd.?  Here is some very helpful information as to how to access public transportation in the area.  Apparently, there is a free on call service to get yourself delivered from your house to a bus stop.  Read the implementation link to see how it works and find out about other changes that apparently went into effect on December 13.
