neighborhood meeting 2211 Rio Grande Blvd

[North Valley Coalition]

There is an apartment building being planned at 2211 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, which is the northwest corner of Los Anayas and Rio Grande.  It lies within the boundaries of Rio Grande Blvd. Neighborhood Association and the North Valley Coalition and is adjacent to Los Duranes Neighborhood Association.  There was a facilitated public meeting held in April and now the plans reflect some of the feedback from that meeting.  The public is invited to hear about this project and variances that are going to be requested due to some redesign.  I will send a couple other emails showing the drawing and site plan of the project.  If you are interested, you should get there early - the space is small.
