Date Changed to Sep 19th - AMS/NWA Chapter Meeting

Due to a conflict with the NWA annual meeting on the 12th, our chapter meeting will be September 19th. Please update your calendars and reminders. The updated meeting notice follows.

After more than two years, we'll be back at the Fort Worth WFO conference room, but at a very different time.  Set a reminder for Tuesday September 19th at 12PM (Noon) to join our monthly chapter meeting at the Fort Worth WFO/RFC (map) .  Please, plan to arrive after 11:30 AM to minimize interruptions to NWS staff or other meeting schedules.  We will also have the meeting online via Zoom (details below). In case the map link (above) doesn't work, the WFO address is 3401 Northern Cross Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76137

Our speaker will be Tim Marshall. The topic will be announced prior to the meeting.

Tim Marshall's presentation topic will be The New and Improved EF-Scale.  Also, the NWS office informs us they have a meeting just prior to ours. If you are attending in person, please delay entering the building until after 11:45 AM or later so as to avoid interfering with their meeting.
