Eleven has some great specials going on for you and your clients:
1. With a 12 or 15 month lease starting no later than 4/30, all L1 Loft homes and vacant A2 homes receive one-month free rent!
2. With a 12 or 15 month lease, all other plans excluding studios, L1, and A2: $500 off the first month
3. With a 12 or 15 month lease, studio homes receive $250 off the first month
4. App/Admin is currently bundled to $99.
5. We now charge a $200 holding deposit, due at time of application, that is applied to the deposit or pro-rated rent at move-in.
